- dash nutmeg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheese such as sharp cheddar or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened and cubed
- 8 oz macaroni or pasta of your choice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
