Herbed Lentil Patties with Garlic Yogurt Sauce

Oil for pan-frying
Garlic Yogurt Sauce

yogurt

grated garlic clove

Squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
In a bowl, mash lentils with breadcrumbs, egg, grated onion, and seasonings until well combined.
Form into small patties.
Heat oil in a pan and cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Serve warm with garlic yogurt sauce and a simple salad or cooked veggies.
