Turkey Soup: A Nourishing Comfort Food

Turkey Soup is one of my go-to comfort meals. It’s packed with lean protein from the turkey, which supports muscle recovery and immune function. The carrots, celery, onions, and garlic provide essential antioxidants, fiber, and minerals like potassium, all of which are beneficial for reducing inflammation and boosting immune strength. Turkey also offers important nutrients like vitamins B6 and niacin, contributing to overall wellness. Although some reduction in sensitive vitamins like vitamin C may occur during pressure canning, the soup still retains plenty of its nutritional value. Perfect for healing and nourishing the body, this soup holds up beautifully after the canning process, making it a perfect pantry staple.
